

Coastal Sanitation of NC is by far the best trash service I've used. The customer service they provide is exceptional. The trash pick up team is polite, helpful, patient, and passionate about customer satisfaction. The team go above and beyond their weekly duties by returning your bin to the side of my house and sometimes collecting my bin if I forget to put it out. I have never experienced that before. I will continue to support this locally owned business and I recommend them to anyone in our community where they offer service. Thank you so much Coastal Sanitation Team. All that you do for this customer is greatly appreciated!!

Best Trash Service AROUND HERE! Very punctual and customer service oriented. They respond well to my messages when I have missed a trash day AND there will be extra trash. I asked for 2 bins, wish granted. Super reasonable pricing too ! Lastly, VETERAN OWNED!
